Choose Aerospace is pleased to announce scholarship and award opportunities for students, instructors, and Part 147 schools. With over $40,000 available, opportunities are available to pay for textbooks, training systems, tools, and testing fees for educators and future aviators.
This year for the first time Choose Aerospace will award $2,000 to two high schools to develop and implement curriculum and licensing fees for 10 students.
Student scholarships are funded by businesses and organizations, including Avotek, Sonic Tools, Nida, ASA, and others. To be eligible, applicants must plan to attend, enroll, or teach in an aviation technician program in 2023.
Choose Aerospace is managed by the Aviation Technician Education Council (ATEC). ATEC membership is not required but is a consideration of the review committee when selecting awards. The Center of Excellence is a proud member of ATEC.
