With the theme of “Beyond All Limits” and a focus on leadership, empowerment and education, the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance brought together more than 200 women and men in person for the first time in two years.
The daylong conference hosted dynamic speakers, engagement opportunities, an award ceremony and more. Starting the day attendees checked under their seats for ‘golden tickets’ for free headshots. The fun continued from there, with an inspiring keynote from Gail Robertson of GailNow, who asked the crowd ‘Is your sky the limit?’
The day continued with attendees hearing about the aviation energy transition, opportunities for inclusion and a consideration of how to pilot their own careers. COE Advisory Board member Jessica Kinman’s ‘Ascending Through Turbulence’ lunchtime speech was an inspiring highlight.
The day closed with a celebratory group photo and happy hour. The Center of Excellence was a proud sponsor of the day and we look forward to helping out with future events.
