Celebrated nationally on the first Friday in October, MFG Day is manufacturing’s biggest annual opportunity to inspire the next generation, positively shift perceptions about our industry, and build the foundation for the manufacturing workforce of the future. Organized nationally by the Manufacturing Institute, it empowers manufacturers to come together to address their collective challenges so they can help their communities and future generations thrive.
Events not only take place on the first Friday in October but extend to the first and second week in October. In Washington State, there are a number of events happening within the community and technical college system. Take a look at a few below:
