The Boeing Company, partner of the Center of Excellence, has announced details of their 2026 Student Development Programs, perfect for Washington State high school and community college students interested in building skills for future careers in aerospace.
Boeing’s Manufacturing Student Development Programs are designed to provide students with a comprehensive experience, including hands-on training, job site exposure and career planning support.
Students will have the opportunity to build real-world manufacturing experience that’s paid, on-site and hands-on. All programs include tailored training, factory tours, resume and interview skills workshops and networking with Boeing employees.
Programs begin in June and July of 2026, and roles include Assembly, Toolmaker, Test, Facilities and Mechatronics. Skills in these roles can include blueprint reading, precision measurement, lean manufacturing, safe tool use, problem solving maintenance and more!
