Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships offer the opportunity to earn and learn simultaneously, combining paid on-the-job training with classroom instruction to prepare apprentices for highly skilled careers in aerospace and advanced manufacturing. You earn a competitive wage from day one, gain knowledge on the job and in the classroom and earn credentials including a journey card.

AJAC provides paid training to adults interested in pursuing career advancement opportunities in high-demand occupations such as machinist, industrial maintenance, machine operation and automation. As an apprentice, you work at a full-time job while training with a mentor and earning wages and benefits.

The Machinists Institute provides accessible and affordable education and training for careers in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. This includes pre-employment, registered apprenticeship and professional development programs.
