Key Qualifications & Duties

  • Building of small electrical sub-assemblies
  • The ability to read and understand work instructions and drawings
  • Kitting for PCB assemblies
  • Checking inventory/BOM accuracy
  • Shipping and receiving of inventory, customer kits, and customer orders

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Computer experience/operation (programming desired)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills
  • Excellent concentration and attention to detail with outstanding work efficiency and
    accuracy
  • Critical thinker who requires minimal supervision to complete tasks

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience desired
  • Operates and programs Quality control equipment such as AOI and X-Ray
  • Soldering and desoldering of through-hole and SMT components (use of microscope, fine
    pitch soldering, rework and modification
  • Current or past certification for IPC-A-610
  • Familiarity with J-STD-033C and J-STD-001/S standards
  • Experience in fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work day shift and occasional overtime and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. unassisted.
  • ITAR - To conform to U.S. Government International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
